To ensure that requests are tracked and quickly responded to we need them to move through our ticketing system. The only way that tickets are created are:

a)     Emails to support@interakt.net.au

b)    Phone call to 07 3608 4121

 

We cannot guarantee to monitor, return or respond to phone calls, messages and emails to individual consultants’ mobile phones and/or email accounts so in order to ensure that your request gets the best and quickest possible response, please make sure your key staff members (who are authorized to log jobs on your behalf) are aware of this process.

In the case that you have a emergency (business critical / systems down) or for some reason have not received a response to an urgent request, please call Ange Poole on 0410 572 822. As stated above, no job requests will be taken via this mobile number, so please use this only in the case of emergencies.
