Due to an increasing volume of support requests and alerts, Interakt is changing the way we report our monthly activity to you. Rather than invoices showing all charges PLUS all Managed Services provided to you throughout the month, we will now be sending you a Monthly Ticket Report that will list all the Managed Services. This is just as a record for you to be able to see what actions have taken place as part of your Managed Services agreement with us. Your invoice will only contain any Flexible Support charges for projects or specific work requests.
