Our systems are continually being improved in the endeavour to provide you with the best possible support. You can help by ensuring that all support requests are logged either by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by leaving a message on the support line 07 3608 4121. Your support request will then be picked up automatically by our helpdesk system, creating a ticket and emailing all techs to let them know there is a new support item in the queue. This means whether our techs are onsite or in the office, your request will be assigned and addressed as quickly as possible. The mobile numbers are not monitored after hours and often won’t be answered while our techs are onsite with another job, so it may be hours before anyone responds to a message left on a mobile. By using the correct support method, we can ensure that we are providing you and your business efficient, reliable support.
